From fitness to public speaking, Rowena embraces opportunities for self-improvement. Motivated by the sense of fulfillment that comes from putting in the work and reaping the rewards, she is able to objectively identify areas of her life that could use a boost, and then takes action to make the change.
Community Involvement
Serving as the current Treasurer for the award-winning Hardhats Toastmasters Club of San Diego, Rowena is developing public speaking skills that can benefit multiple areas of communications with others. Keeping track of the balance sheet for them is second nature for her after years of handling budgets as a project manager.
Rowena is strong believer in God, her faith, and is actively involved at her local church. She is also a wife and mother of three beautiful children and enjoys spending time playing sports at one of the local parks with her family.
After Hours
As for a hobby, she enjoys real estate investing: buying properties, managing renovation projects, and investing in apartment buildings across multiple states with partners… Real life Monopoly without the hotels.
Committed to California
A longtime San Diego resident, Rowena studied Electrical Engineering at San Diego State University before working for multiple utilities in Southern California. With her project management experience in electrical transmission, she is a perfect fit for the Orbital Project Management team.
